Q: Does it swing-away?
    A: Yes.

Q: Does it fold-away?
    A: Yes.

Q: Will it support all AAC devices?
    A: Yes.

Q: Will it support computers?
    A: Yes - No drilling into casing required.

Q: Will it mount to round & square tubing?
    A: Yes - and even rectangular tubing.

Q:How much space does the base clamp need?
    A: Inside tube clamp needs 3", outside base plate is 4" x 4".

Q: How does it attach?
    A: With four bolts.

Q: Does it take long to mount and adjust?
    A: No - just minutes.

Q: How does the mounting plate attach?
    A: The device is attached to a ball that will allow a multitude of angles.  The device ball is mounted
        to the end of the width rod - the width rod is adjustable and can be lengthened or shortened to
        achieve the optimum position.

Q: Is the Profiler fully adjustable?
    A: Yes, the base mount ball can turn 360 degrees and move out 90 degrees.  In fact it is so
        adjustable that it is the only mounting system that can be mounted to the cross frame
        underneath the wheelchair seat.  This feature works well for a child's chair.

Q: Is the Profiler stable?
    A: Yes, once all bolts and levers have been locked down and tightened the Profiler will hold its
        position.

Q: Can the Profiler be made into a rigid mount?
    A: Yes - simply ask us to replace all quick release levers with bolts.

Q: Is the Profiler easy to remove?
    A: Yes - we recommend the base clamp stays on.  Normally the base clamp and height tube will
        stay on, however you can order a removable height tube and only the clamp will remain on the
        chair.

Q: Does a new mount need to be ordered when a new chair or device is purchased?
    A: No - The only items you possibly need to order would be inserts for round tubing, if the tubing
        size were different, and the proper device plate.

Q: How much does the Profiler weigh?
    A: 6 1/2 lbs. to 7 lbs. depending on inserts.

Q: How much weight can the Profiler carry?
    A: 15 lbs. live load.

Q: How low and how high can the Profiler be adjusted?
    A: Standard: 13" to 24"
        Standard Long: 19" to 29"
        We can customize mounts to be shorter at a minimal cost.

Q: Do assembly tools come with mount?
    A: Yes.

Q: Do instructions come with mount?
    A: Yes.  You receive written instructions with photos to illustrate the step-by-step process.  If you
        purchase a Profiler Eval Kit you will also receive an instructional video.

Q: Does the Profiler come with a warranty?
    A: Yes.  A one year limited warranty.
